So the movie begins – Rajendran Palanisamy & his wife Sudha Rajendran, their 2 sons Jai & Ajay along with their family live in a posh bunglow
One day Rajendran invites his investor friend Gautham and his wife for lunch! Now back to present day – Dr.Anand meets Rajendran and breaks the story that there is VASTU problem in the house – ‘North & East direction le vaika vendiya garden eh south side le vachirukaanga and that’s why there is all this problems happening at home!‘
Hell breaks loose…angry Rajendran blasts his son Jai for poor maintenance of the house and angrily says “indha latchanathule company ku chairman verey aaganuma unaku”
Back Story – Ajay decides to play with the Vasthu – so that there is unrest in the family (Jai & Wife not getting along well, Vijay out of the house) and he gets that house for himself after Rajendran’s death! Thus plays dirty along with Building Contractor, Mukesh!

Meanwhile Rajendran informs Anand that after the function gets over, he will inform the family members that there is Vastu problem in the house and needs to be rebuilt!
The big day arrives, function le songu iruki, dance iruki, but suddenly there is unwanted action & emotion – Contractor Mukesh comes to the function and tells everyone at home that the house is not Vasthu compliant and it was purposefully done by Ajay!
Rajendran gets bloody angry and says – THAT’S IT! EVERYTHING IS OVER!!!Spare a thought for all the guests who had come, I’m sure some uncle must be saying ‘pakka dan periya manushan, function nu kuptu soru podama anupiduvaan‘ ‘aama aama, last time um vandhaen, paiyanoda sandai nu soru podala‘
long story short, everytime there is a gathering happening Rajendran’s home lawn, there is a problem…
Rajendran calls Vijay and apologizes for the mistake he has done! 15 minutes from airport nu ad parthu Chengalpettu le veedu katinadhu tappu dan and now our family is in shambles!
Rajendran asks Vijay, unaku dan ippo series A funding lam vandhuruke…can you please can get the Vasthu correction for the house done! Vijay has no choice but agrees
While Vijay is hunting for the right builders to help him sort out the mess, JP along with Mukesh are making it difficult for Vijay by not letting the builders give the right cost! Oh wait! but who is JP????
Jayaprakash alias JP is the Managing Director of JP Builders who built Rajendran’s house but now his share prices have fallen down like Adani stocks after Rajendran has started complaining about the problems he is facing…adhan revenge (i know konjam mokkai dan but ok, Varisu padam partha ungaluku, indha revenge story lam matterey illa)
Vijay finally zeroes in on a building contractor, signs up Aditya Mittal – ‘Sapaadu + Nooru Ruba‘
Construction work in full swing, All Vastu corrections being applied, Vijay Na is leaving no stones unturned!
As promised, Vijay gets done with the construction work, convinces Eld Bro & Middle Bro to come back home and grand celebration of Rajendran & Sudha’s 60th marriage
and the moral of the story is ‘‘Veedu na plumbing problem, water problem, electricity problem nu korai irukum dan, aana namaku irukiradhu orrey veedu dan”
